1Cook all ingredients separately: Cook the lean ground beef and drain the excess fat (you can also use ground bison) Steam or boil 6-8 sweet potatoes, then mash them up and season with onion powder. Bake green beans in a casserole dish or steam them with garlic and herb seasoning. Combine all ingredients and bake or reheat in a skillet. Enjoy for days!
