Protein Pancakes

Start off your morning with protein-rich pancakes to boost your level of energy and alertness!

Ingredients

1 Banana

1 scoop Nutrasumma Unflavored or Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

1 Egg

1/4 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

Ghee Butter or Coconut Oil

2 tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)

Directions

1Grind the banana in a blender to completely break up, before adding the remaining ingredients.

2Blend until completely mixed.

3Pour and flip on a stove top using Ghee Butter or Coconut Oil so the pancakes do not stick.

4Note: Pancakes come out darker in color, appearing overcooked. They do not appear as light as pancakes due to the lack of flour!
