3/4 cupNutrasumma Chocolate Pea Protein powder
2 1/2 tbspcocoa
1/2 tspstevia, liquid
1 tsppure peppermint extract
6 tbspcoconut oil, melted
2 tbspunsweetened shredded coconut
1Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
22. Scoop onto plate or baking pan, or into the bottom of a muffin tray, then set in freezer to set for 5-7 minutes.
