Protein Hummus

Hummus is low in fat and high in fiber, antioxidants and protein. It makes for a great tasting, healthy snack!

Ingredients

2 Cans Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas

2 scoops Nutrasumma Unflavored Pea Protein Powder

1 Garlic Clove

6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp Tahini

1 1/2 tsp Salt

2 Large Limes (juice)

1/4 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Crushed Red Peppper

Directions

1Grind garlic in food processor for 3-5 pulses.

2Add remaining ingredients except for water.

3Pulse for approximately 5 minutes, adding part of the water every minute of pulsing until desired consistency is reached.

4Continue to blend until hummus is smooth and creamy.

5Refrigerate before consuming and enjoy!
