4 egg whites
1 cupNutrasumma Vanilla Pea Protein powder (100g)
1/4 tspground cinnamon
1/4 cupTruvia or Stevia baking powder
1/2 tspbaking powder
2 bananas, mashed (236g)
2 tbspchopped walnuts (15g)
1Preheat oven to 325F
2Line a loaf pan with parchment paper (if not using a silicone pan).
3Mix egg whites, pea protein, cinnamon, sweetener, and baking powder.
4Add in mashed bananas.
5Mix in walnuts.
6Pour batter into pan.
7Bake for about 40 minutes at 325F (or) until a toothpick comes out clean.
