The Pizza Waffle Experiment

You can make anything out of a waffle! I would actually eat this on a daily basis. Gluten free, dairy-free, high in fiber. I find that I feel better without cheese, although it tastes amazing. I would eat pizza every day if it didn’t make me feel like I was having a food baby. Well guess what...This leaves you feeling great. Like the opposite of regret great.


Pizza Waffle:

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

2 Eggs

2 tbsp Unflavored Pea Protein

1/2 cup Gluten-Free Oats

2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tbsp Flax

1 tbsp Sun-Dried Tomato

1 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper

1 tbsp Pizza Seasoning

1 tbsp Onion Powder

1 pinch Sea Salt

Sauce Filling:

2 tbsp Tomato Sauce

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tbsp Pizza Seasoning

1 tbsp Olive Oil


1Plug in griddle, mix ingredients.

2Spray waffle griddle with coconut oil.

3Pour half of mix on the bottom of griddle.

4Pour tomato sauce mixture over the top.

5Pour the remaining pizza-waffle mix over the top and close the lid.

6Cook for 4-5 minutes.

7Note: This can be done without eggs by using extra flax and letting set 3-4 minutes before pouring.
