Peppermint Patties

Ingredients

Patties

3 tbsp Almond Butter or Nuttzo Butter

2 tbsp coconut butter

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 scoops chocolate Pea Protein

Coating

3 tbsp coconut oil

2/3 scoop chocolate pea protein

6 drops peppermint oil

Directions

1Mix almond butter and coconut butter. Then add almond milk.

2When well blended, mix in Pea Protein.

3Form small balls with mixture and pat down into patties.

4Dip patties in coating mixture

5Lay on parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, such as a Silpat, and place in freezer for 10 minutes
