2 scoopsVanilla pea protein
1 tspStevia or Coconut sugar
1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL UNTIL YOU GET A COOKIE DOUGH CONSISTENCY
GET 2 TABLESPOONS OF COOKIE DOUGH AND MAKE IT INTO A BALL IN YOUR HANDS THEN FLATTEN IT WITH HANDS
LAY ON PARCHMENT PAPER OVER A COOKIE SHEET
REPEAT UNTIL COOKIE DOUGH IS GONE (MAKES ABOUT 12-13 COOKIES
BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES OR UNTIL EDGES START TO SLIGHTLY TURN BROWN
REMOVE FROM OVEN RACK AND ALLOW TO COOL
