Cinnamon Apple Bread

Ingredients

1 Fuji apple

1/2 banana

1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup coconut flour

2 eggs

1 scoop vanilla pea protein

1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350*.

2Blend all ingredients together then place in either muffin pan for cupcakes or in a bread loaf pan.

3Bake for 20 minutes.
