Back by popular demand is another recipe from the very talented Lynee Palacios. This month she's sharing with us another quick and healthy way to enjoy something normally considered guilty. These cake muffins will be perfect to grab on your way out the door or to put in a gift basket to that special someone. Enjoy!

3/4 cupVanilla almond Milk (unsweetened)
1/4 cupCoconut Oil
1 scoopVanilla pea protein
1 tspVanilla extract
1/4 cupCoconut flour
1/8 tspBaking soda
1Preheat oven to 350
2Blend ingredients together then pour (about 1/4 cup or 3 tablespoons) of cupcake batter in cupcake paper on cupcake sheet.
3 Drop 4-5 blueberries in each muffin pour and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
