APPLE CRISP (GF & VEGAN)

Ingredients

6 Medium Apples, Peeled & Cubed

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1 tbsp Ghee (to make Vegan, replace ghee with 1 Tbsp coconut oil)

2 tbsp Nutrasumma Apple Pie Pea Protein

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/8 tsp Apple Pie Spice

1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 350*

2In a large bowl mix together: apples, 1T NS Apple Pie Pea Protein, 1T Lemon Juice.

3In a small bow mix together 1T Nutrasummma Apple Pie Pea Protein and all other ingredients till crumble topping is sticking nicely together.

4Spray pan or 6 single serving Ramekins with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray.

5Divide apples evenly and top with oat crumble.

6Bake for 35-40 minutes
