Apple Cinnamon Protein Waffles/ Pancakes

These low sugar/low carb pancakes can be ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

2 Eggs (or flax eggs)

1 scoop Apple Pie Pea Protein

1/2 Apple chopped up

2 tbsp Coconut flour

1/2 tsp Baking powder

Splash of coconut or almond milk (add liquid lightly until you reach a thick consistency)

Apple-Cinnamon Topping

1-2 oz. coconut or almond milk

1-2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp apple pie pea protein

1 squirt caramel liquid stevia or 1/2 tsp xylitol

Directions

Waffles

1Blend/Mix ingredients and pour into waffle maker with coconut oil.

2For pancakes: Heat medium skillet with coconut oil to prevent sticking. 1-2 mins each side.

Apple Cinnamon Topping

1Mix into cup or small blender.

2If too runny, add tbsp pea protein. If too thick, add splash of milk

3Pour onto pancakes and enjoy!
