3 Ingredient Banana Pudding

If you're looking for a quick high energy snack that can be made in 2 minutes, then you're in luck!

 

  • Prep: 2 mins

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 scoop Nutrasumma Vanilla or Unsweetened Pea Protein

1/2 cup almond milk

Directions

1Start with 2 peeled bananas broken up and mashed in an empty bowl with a spoon.

2Flatten out the bananas to take form of the bowl.

3Next, add protein first, followed by the milk.

4Pour slowly and mix up all dry ingredients. Continue to mix and mash for one minute.

5Add additional milk slowly until desired consistency is reached.

Goes great with some cinnamon and chia seeds for an extra fiber and omega-3 boost to stabilize your blood sugar and energy.
