This hearty leafy green veggie is loaded with nutrients and high in fiber!
I’ve been adding it to smoothies, veggie soups, and salads. And of course my all time favorite, roasted kale!
When removing the leaves, hold the end of the stock with one hand and place your other hand under the base. Push until the end of the stock and just like magic, the leaves are off!
